SCREEN

The size and the shape of wraparound screen is dependant only on client’s desire and facility restrictions. Trans-Force panoramic screens can be produced cylindrical up to 180° or even spherical.

PROJECTION SYSTEM

Trans-Force Projection System is able to produce a focused, bright and realistic picture on any type of surface of any size – both curved, domed or even irregular. The number of used projectors is defined by the size of the screen.

To create a continuous image across curved large-scale screen demands the picture split into several segments. The unique Transas software makes linear correction of several images, (to correct distortion caused by curvature of the screen), and connects segments without visible joints with 1-5° overlap.

UNIQUE RESTAURANT CONCEPT

The format of the restaurant itself can be defined as the fast and modern service. The computerization of production back-office in the restaurant business has been used for several years. But so far, the automation has involved the production process only, leaving out the end-user who has continued taking orders by pencil & paper, verbally from the customer who has referred to the paper menu. With the introduction of the missing link, the Trans-Force Electronic Waiter, automation became complete.

All the orders in the Trans-Force complex are made via the Electronic Menu and are going directly to the kitchen. The role of waiter comes down to simple delivery of ordered food and drinks to the table. Electronic Menu is the main facility for selling the restaurant services, and its clarity, simplicity and ease of use creates customer loyalty and makes people return.

INTERACTIVITY SYSTEM

In contrast to 3D/4D cinemas Transas technology is based on modeling the image in real time rather than recorded in advance (pre-rendered). This technology is called “real-time simulation”.

Real-time Graphic approach has a great number of indisputable advantages. One of the most important is full interactivity, in other words the capability to interact with the virtual world. From a simple observer, the spectator turns into an active participant of the adventure getting involved in route decision-making, the steering, offering input in the spaceship systems and control of weapons.

The interactivity is realized by 2 means: individual control panel at each table and captain’s console on the stage of the Theatre.

Captain’s Console permits to switch from auto-pilot to manual ship control, moving from location to location, changing weather conditions, calling different object on-board and using ship’s weapon. The full control over the ship is fulfilled by the Captain (actor-narrator) or any visitor by the Captain’s permission.

Individual Control Panel at each table fitted out with computer screen and ID-card reader permits to fulfill the following interactive actions: voting during different competitions, answering questions during quizzes, communication with visitors at other tables and with the performance characters (video stand-up) during the performance, ordering food and drinks via Electronic Menu. Monitor combined with control panel becomes a terminal for video-communication and useful tool to express visitor’s attitude to the performance and even to influence it.

ELECTRONIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SYSTEM

Another feature of Trans-Force Restaurant is an electronic customer service system (billing system). It is designed to meet the maximum automation of all the processes in Trans-Force, improving the customer service speed and quality, accounting and check of orders and providing multi-media capabilities.

Here are only few of the possibilities:

  • centralized visitor database;
  • discount loyal visitor system;
  • ticketing;
  • entry/exit register;
  • electronic payment;
  • electronic communication among tables, voting, quiz answering, etc.
