Construction contracts for the Trans-Force edutainment complexes in Russian cities Surgut and Ufa were signed up in April 2008. Both complexes are being built on the license agreement terms.

Transas Group and Stroyfinance Ltd. have signed an agreement for the construction of a 172-seat Trans-Force complex in Surgut. The complex will be equipped with the 5-channel visualisation system. Besides, a brand new Trans-Force attraction with a motion system is supplied as a part of complex. The complex opening is scheduled on the end of 2009. The license casts for the first year of exploitation will amount to $135,000.

In the year of 2008, the Trans-Force complex will be also built in Ufa. Mirage Ltd. has become an owner and operator of the complex. 168-seat complex will be equipped with 6 visualisation channels. The estimated complex investments comprise $900,000.

The Trans-Force complexes construction in Surgut and Ufa is being conducted on terms of the license agreement, which states that the operational control is carried out by the buyer.

Trans-Force is either restaurant, or interactive theatre, conference-hall, state-of-the-art educational resource, family vacation centre, or attraction of new generation. Such multifunctional capability allows effective complex load and conducting of programs, point to different target groups, from youngsters to adults.

The Trans-Force complexes in St. Petersburg (Russia) have been successively functioning for more than 3 years. It’s the Transas Group who is in control of those complexes in St. Petersburg. Two more complexes in Krasnodar (Russia) and Alma-Ata (Kazakhstan) were opened last year. In April 2008, the opening ceremony of Trans-Force complex in Novosibirsk (Russia) was held. Trans-Force complexes in such cities of Russia as Kazan, Biysk, Yakutsk, Taganrog, Rostov-on-Don, Saransk, Shakhty, Novocherkassk, Ryazan and Tyumen are to be opened during 2008-2010 years.
